As a young man growing up in Lebanon, Indiana, Jeffry Lind was inspired to become a lawyer after watching the small town’s attorneys work hard to help members of his community.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 1985, Jeff attended law school at DePaul University in Chicago and Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. He received his JD in 1988 from DePaul University. Jeff is admitted to the bars in Indiana (1988) and Illinois (2002).
Jeff’s practice is focused on business representation, mediator of civil disputes and general civil litigation, including plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation.

Jeff is an active member of the First Congregational Church and many local organizations. He has two children, Ryan and Nicole.
Carolina joined our firm in June 2016 when she relocated with her family from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. After having received her bachelor’s degree in 2004 from The University of Arizona, she attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Florida and earned her JD in 2008. Carolina is admitted to practice in both Florida (2009) and Indiana (2016). She is experienced in foreclosure actions, landlord-tenant disputes, general litigation, real estate transactions and Worker’s Compensation. Having grown up in Mexico, Carolina is fluent in Spanish and functional in basic Portuguese.
With nearly twenty years of experience, Anita came on board as our Office Manager in December 2015 from yet another local law firm. In addition to her duties as Office Manager, she assists with paralegal responsibilities as needed. Anita is a Notary Public as well.
As the legal assistant and paralegal, Sandy assists with various secretarial duties throughout the day and assists the firms’ attorneys in litigation (lawsuit) support and entity formation and issues that arise in small business representation. Sandy is also a notary public.
Sandy comes to Lind Law Firm from another local firm, and has over 20+ years experience in law offices. She has now been at Lind Law Firm for over three years, and she is a very valued member of our team.
