Jeffry A. Lind

Of Counsel

Jeff Lind focuses his practice on business representation, mergers and acquisitions, mediation, and civil litigation, including trust and estate disputes. He advises business owners and organizations on the purchase and sale of ongoing business enterprises and regularly serves as a mediator in civil disputes.

Jeff brings decades of legal experience and leadership within the profession to his work with clients. Known for his practical judgment and steady counsel, he helps clients navigate complex legal and business disputes.

A native of Lebanon, Indiana, Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University in 1988. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana. Jeff has served in numerous leadership roles within the legal profession, including President of the Indiana State Bar Association, President of the Indiana Bar Foundation, and President of the Terre Haute Bar Association. He is a registered civil mediator and has been recognized by his peers as AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and as an Indiana Super Lawyer.

Jared A. Farnsworth

Attorney at Law

Jared Farnsworth practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, Medicaid planning, real estate, and business law.

A native of Terre Haute, Indiana, Mr. Farnsworth is a graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington. He served in the United States Marine Corps beginning in 2001, both as an enlisted Marine and later as a commissioned officer. As an infantry and intelligence officer, he completed three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as a sea deployment with a Marine Expeditionary Unit. He retired from military service in 2021.

Mr. Farnsworth earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.

Eric H. Wudtke

Eric H. Wudtke is a business attorney with more than a decade of experience guiding companies through every stage of their lifecycle, from formation and early-stage planning to growth, transactions, and exit. His practice focuses on small and mid-market M&A transactions, as well as commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, and development.

Eric serves as a strategic advisor to entrepreneurs and established businesses alike, providing practical counsel on day-to-day operations and helping clients move confidently through complex deals and business challenges. He is known for delivering clear, business-minded solutions tailored to each client’s goals and risk tolerance.

Eric earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A. from DePauw University in Greencastle. He is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois.

Kaylee S. Senteney

Attorney at Law

Kaylee Senteney is a Terre Haute native who focuses her practice on elder law and estate planning, including Medicaid eligibility planning for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled and long-term care planning. She works closely with individuals and families to develop thoughtful strategies that address complex financial and legal considerations associated with aging and long-term care.

Kaylee assists clients in navigating difficult planning decisions by developing tailored solutions that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and goals. She is committed to helping families protect assets, preserve financial stability, and make informed decisions during challenging transitions involving long-term care and Medicaid eligibility.

Kaylee earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from Indiana State University and her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, she interned and worked at Nattkemper & Farnsworth, where she gained hands-on experience in elder law and estate planning before joining the firm as an attorney. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana.

Brayden M. White

A native of Greencastle, Brayden White is proud to serve the community he calls home. Since beginning his legal career in 2023, he has practiced in Greencastle, providing practical and dedicated representation to individuals, families, and businesses throughout the area.

Brayden’s practice includes family law, construction litigation, personal injury, estate planning, and general civil litigation. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and develop effective legal strategies tailored to their circumstances. Whether guiding families through sensitive domestic matters, representing clients in complex disputes, or helping individuals plan for the future, Brayden approaches each case with diligence and care.

Brayden earned his undergraduate degree from DePauw University, where he double majored in Education and Psychology and lettered in varsity baseball all four years. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2023.

Darrell “Eddie” Felling II

Attorney at Law

A lifelong resident of Vigo County, Eddie Felling serves public bodies, municipal boards, nonprofit organizations, and private clients throughout West Central Indiana. He practices in both Greencastle and Terre Haute and brings a deep understanding of the communities and institutions he represents.

Eddie’s practice focuses on administrative and municipal law. He advises public officials and governing boards on statutory authority, regulatory compliance, land use, zoning, procurement, and public governance matters. He regularly represents clients in administrative proceedings and provides counsel on issues involving open meetings, public records, and other regulatory obligations. In addition to his public-sector work, Eddie handles real estate and contract matters, assisting clients with transactional structuring, drafting and negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Eddie is a graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. After earning his license to practice law in Indiana in 2012, he practiced alongside his father at Felling & Felling Law Office for a decade before joining the firm.
