Jeffry Lind

As a young man growing up in Lebanon, Indiana, Jeffry Lind was inspired to become a lawyer after watching the small town’s attorneys work hard to help members of his community. After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 1985, Jeff went on to attend law school at DePaul University in Chicago and Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.

Jared Farnsworth

Also a native of Terre Haute, Mr. Jared A. Farnsworth graduated from Terre Haute North Vigo High School in 1999 and thereafter received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. Beginning in 2001, Mr. Farnsworth served in the U. S. Marine Corps, both as an enlisted man and as an officer. An infantry and intelligence officer, he served three combat tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan and a sea deployment with a Marine Corps Expeditionary unit. Mr. Farnsworth retired from the U. S. Marine Corps in 2021.

Mr. Farnsworth obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, and a Master of Laws degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C. His preferred areas of practice include wills, trusts, estate planning and administration, real estate, business law, and elder law.

D. Edward Felling II

Darrell “Eddie” Felling II, is a lifelong resident of Vigo County and graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School (2005), DePauw University (2009) and Indiana University Maurer School of Law (2012). After receiving his license to practice law in Indiana he went on to join his father, Darrell Felling, in the Felling & Felling Law Office from 2012-2022. Throughout his legal career, Eddie practiced in a wide variety of legal practices including property, contract, municipal land general civil practice with a focus on criminal defense. Eddie remains committed to two key principles in his continued practice of law - fairness and honesty.

Sandy Kelly

Sandy joined Felling, Farnsworth & Wudtke (Lind & Felling) in 2012 as a legal assistant and paralegal with over 30 years of experience in the legal field. Sandy assists with various secretarial duties and assists the firm’s attorneys in litigation support, entity formation, and issues that arise in small business representation.
